I certainly do have a weakness for contest themed reality TV shows. Shows like Amazing Race, America's Next Top Model, Top Chef, Shear Genius and so on. I've recently been watching
RuPaul's Drag Race which is about to wrap things up with its season finale where the winner, America's Next Drag Superstar, will be announced. Last season a drag queen from Cameroon won which I thought was pretty cool and it was really interesting to hear her talk about femininity and masculinity in Africa and how she was received there. There are three contenders for the spot of Super Glitter Fabulous Drag Queen and they are:
Tyra Sanchez
Jujubee
and Raven
I like all of the queens but I would have to say my favorite is Raven. Tune in this Monday and see who will have to
lipsynch for their life.
